I am trying to work out how to automatically date delimit the user master record after an employee is terminated. Infotype 0105 0001 is date delimited as part of the separation process.
However, even after running PFUD only the role assignments are date delimited not the Valid Through date of the user master record.
Does anyone know how to date delimit this date as per the date of 0105 0001?

run report RHPROFl0, bu sure to set the evaluation path correct. after succesfull run manually plan the report to run every night!

I have tried to use report RHPROFL0 but that only delimits the role assignment. I need the actual user master record delimited. The Valid Through date in the Logon Data tab.
Evaluation path used is PROFL0 unless there is another one I should be using.

Hi,
As per my knowledge, the better way is "manually we have to set the end/ validity to..date to the user master record."
Let me know the status.

I realise it can be manually done, but the ideal business requirement is to have it automatically delimited. Since the role assignment can be delimited I was hoping there was a way to have the User Master record delimited.

This cannot be done automatically. It will only expire or delete the role but not the validity date for the user ID.
The "position number" is the one being termed which is associated with the PERNR's info type 105, subtype 0001. Therefore, it will NOT invalidate the user ID.
It has to be done manually.
My manual process is to query PERNR in position 999999999, these are the employees that are termed. The list of User ID will be invalidated, locked, etc.
Good Luck!

Thanks John, the query idea is a good one..
I was hoping that there was an automated way to make things easier but not to worry.
thanks for your help
