Hi Experts,

Whenever the PO is created in MM side I have to get that PO details in PDF format..Then I need to send it throu’ mail to external. This is my requirement…

<b>1.How can we identity that which PO is newly created..? How we can extract that PO details..

2.We need to maintain Ztable for the mail recivers right.. What are the fields I should keep in Ztable?</b>

Plz let me know..Its very urgent.

HI Silviya

Please check if you can try to handle as below:

1. Create a output type.

2. Assign the output type to the PO Order Type.

3. In the processing routine, send the details of PO in a mail.
