updation of text of higher level items into lower level items

when a sales order is created ,the text of the higher level item is to be update for all the other items which are in lower level, here i'm using the exit save_document in mv45afzz,can any one help me how to do this send me the code if possible,

the object is vbbp and id is 0001.

Read the header lever text using READ_TEXT, and use the SAVE_TEXT to save the text at the item level. Obviously you have to change the TDOBJECT field before saving it.
