Unable to add a custom tab in MM01/02/03

Hi Folks,

I am trying to add a custom tab in the additionals section of MM01/02/03 screen.

I followed the following document

but I am not able to find the tab after doing the customizing.

Was any one successfull.? or Any suggestions how to go about?

Yes, All the document mentioned is correct.

Are you sure your step5 is maintained well?

Yes I maintained all the steps correctly including 5th. I have no clue why its not working.
