Hi,

please give me answer for this

How to send spool ouput to mail and how to download spool output onto your desktop?

Hi,

goto SP01 and execute , u will get a list of spools generated.

Click on the icon , second column from left. now goto menubar>system>list> save as local file.

Convert the spool to PDF using FM

'CONVERT_ABAPSPOOLJOB_2_PDF'.

Send mail using FM 'SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1'.

You can download the spool output to the desktop from transaction sp01.Give spool number and execute the transaction SP01.In menu select SYSTEM LIST SAVE and save the data to local file.
