Smartform: varaiable out-of-range in print preview

Hi ,

I am printing smart form(customised smartform) in japanese language via IW32 transaction, one of the text is getting printed out-of range only in print preview, though the hard copy of the smart form is printing correct.

is this problem with GUI?

can anyone please provide any solution??

Hello Bindu ,

Are you choosing the same printer which u print it .

And It can be a Gui problem if you preview it out of range and another user prints it correctly.

I've lived such a problem like that between GUI 6.40 & 6.20

Thanks for quick response...

i am using same printer for preview on which i am printing smartform. i have "620 Final Release" GUI.

only one user is printing same form which is printing correctly except its print preview which is incorrect.

should i get gui6.4 installed or is there any patches available which can solve this problem.
