Hi All,

I had modifieded a smartform for Payment Advice.Can someone guide me how to send that via mail.

Hai Kavitha,

We can convert the smartform output into pdf format,then that pdf we can send to the mail as attachment.

Have a look on the following code.

This is to send the PDF attachment email.

Hi,

set control_parameters-get_otf = 'X'.

u need to convert the OTF to PDF format using FM

'CONVERT_OTF_2_PDF'

Attach the pdf to the mail using FM ' SO_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1'

Hi Chandu,

Thanks for ur help.FYI the same code is there in the include program RFFORI06,but whn executed it says no router for sending as an email & sending that to a printer.
