hi ,

do we have any standard report for collecting all failed idocs on a particular day & sending it to SAP Mailbox to a particular user or a list of users.

in this standard report i should have selection parameters so that i can select the idoc type etc.

please suggest

You have WE02 and WE05. However, I do not know if you can send a group of failed IDocs to someone mailbox. This would be configured so that when an IDoc fails it is immedietly sent to a users mailbox.

hi martin,

Can you just detail in more about these configuration steps which i have to do when any idoc(ORDERS,INVOIC etc) fails on a particular day , then immediately i have to trigger a mail to SAP Mailbox to the user who has logged in.

Any suggestions please...

No std report available

Read databse table EDIDC with the status failed and create a custom report.
