RFC Destination last used timestamp - is this info available in R/3?

Dear experts,

In our R/3 system we have quite a lot of RFC destinations in SM59, a lot of them are probably never used anymore so we want to remove these unused ones.

Is there a (standard) report available in R/3 which shows me the last used date/time per RFC destionation? We are using SAP 4.6C. Has anyone solved a similar request before?

If not, is there a SAP table availabe in which the timestamp of an RFC destination is stored?

Take a look at FM SAPWL_STATREC_READ_FILE parameter V2_RFC_SERVER_DEST_RECORDS (or SAPWL_STATREC_DIRECT_READ parameter rfc_server_dest_recs_tbl)
