Restricting certain users access to some rows in a table

Hi All,

I have added a CLASS and ACTIVITY using SPRO to table BCONTA (Contact Activities). Now I am trying to find some way to restrict certain users/groups from accessing this newly added activity codes.

I came across a field BEGRU (Authorization Group) in this table . Please let me know how can we use this field or another option to restrict row level access to certain users/groups.
