I am working on VDM CDS Replacement of SQL View Usage, and there is a specificity when replacing SQL Views on TABLES statements.
Example: 'TABLES: bsis.' can't be simply replaced by 'TABLES: bsis_view.'
The suggested approach as described in the Wiki is to "create a dedicated DDIC structure or DDIC view in SE11 as a substitute for the generated SQL view."
I am just wondering if anyone followed this approach and what's your feedback on that? Alternatively, is it an option to use the backup tables instead, such as BSIS_BCK in this example?
