regarding so10 when we creat text it is not creating request number

where we can create requerst number which t-code we have to use for this

U can create the request using transaction SE01

When you create a workbench request you can use the object as TEXT and program id as R3TR while in the object name you need to give the below information.

TEXT,<text_name>,<text_type>,<Text_Language>
