PO -automatic e-mail trigerring to vendor

Dear All,

In our organisation, Once the PO is released it can be automatically sent to Vendor (using e-mail updated in Vendor master) by marking CC to our internal purchase users too.

Now the issue is the it shows the message that " email successfully sent" even though the vendor master is not updated with email address.

It is working fine. There is no issue in that.

Mail can be sent even only CC is maintained. TO is not mandatory.

Please check whether the mail is sent to the user who is marked in CC.

Hi,

put a check on Vendor Master e-mail address field using SY-SUBRC if you are using select query on ADR6 i.e the table which holds the Email address, or check whether the Vendor email address field is initial or not.
