hi experts, regarding the package of custom table,how can i change the package?im trying to change it in abap dictionary but in the attributes i can only change short description and not the package.

goto-->object directory entry and change the package

In se11 with change mode, follow path

GO to --> Object Directory Entry

Pop -up will come, you can give your Nw package here .

Hi,

In order to change the package you have to create a new package or use an existing one.

If you have a new package , first re-create the program or table with other name and activate it with the new package name.

If you need to cretae a new package , create one in the SE80 or do it with SE11, in the table V_TDEVC and create a new package.
