'ntscmgr' is not recognized as an internal or external command

Hi!

I would like to install the SAPROUTER service on Windows 2003 SP 2.

If I execute the command from CMD console:

ntscmgr install SAProuter -b ...\saprouter\saprouter.exe -p “service -r <parameter>“

I receive the error:

'ntscmgr' is not recognized as an internal or external command

Any helpful information will be appreciated!
