New Printer to be attached

hi

i have a printer which has to be recognized by SAP.

How to connect my new printer with my SAP server.

i know it is in SPAD,

but then what do i have to do in spad.

Go to SPAD - Menupath- Configuration - output devices- change- create.

it helps you.

SPAD

-> Press "Output Devices"

-> Press modify button

-> Press create button (blank page)

set :

• an output device name

• A device type

• the name of the spooler

• the device class (standard printer)

• a location (usefull)

• an access method (Berkeley)

• Host printer or a destination host (the IP address)
