need to insert item in va41

Hi All

My reqiurement is that when i need to create a contract using VA41 in reference to a quotation, than after copying all the items of quotation, one more item will be automatically inserted in contract. All the part should be done before coming of overview screen on VA41. if any body knows some user-exit, BADI ect, Please let me know.
