Message classe /SAPSRM/AO_SOCO

Hi,

I've a program which call message class /SAP SRM/AO_SOCO with the number 114 but the number doesn't exist in this standard message class.

The message is displayed like this : E:/SAP SRM/AO_SOCO:114

I know that i can create it but i don't know what is the signification.

I think that the message classe is not completed and is there a oss notes for this ?
