Mail send from displayed layout from Tcode F.64

Hi Experts,

My client has a requirement. In tcode F.64 we are getting a output layout of Money Receipt. Now the requirement is that in the displayed layout there should be a customized button clicking on which the layout will be converted to pdf format and will be send through mail to some predefined ids as attachment. Can anyone suggest me on this? Is this possible?

Hi,

Check the availability of the badi to add menu or function exits.As i know there is no badi available to add this functionality.Create one custom report and get the spool and convert int pdf and send to mail.

Hi Madhurao,

Thanks for your reply. So you are suggesting to create a Z-report which will accept a spool request and then it will convert it to pdf and then that pdf will be sent through mail?

Please create a Z Copy or create a new program to conver Spool to PDF.
