Hi All,

I am using BAPI_PO_CREATE1 for creating PO.

I want to assign item number from the file externally. Right now i am giving external number from the file but the system is not taking into consideration and giving internal number defined.

How can i override the internal number with external no

Manual creation in ME21 n is allowing external number but not BAPI

Any ideas?

Hello Ricky,

have a look at OSS note 418683. As far as I remember, there should be two ways of setting the item no.s

1. via customizing

2. via parameter POHEADER-ITEM_INTVL
