Item category is greyed out

Hi All,

I am not able to change the item category in salesorder because it is greyedout, even if i maintained the Manual iteam categories.

Appreciate quick response.

Hi Rajesh,

I think u can't change the item category once it is created.It is by default. Not sure of whether we can change this setting. One idea is U can copy that item and give required category and delete original item.
