issue about convert spool to pdf

hi expert,

when i download spool as a pdf through program 'RSTXPDFT4', the korean font can't be displayed correctly.

content in spool like this.

pdf like this.

i already set the device type of my default print to 'KPBATANG'.

korean font of PDF already installed.

please help.

Helllo Aiolos,

Maybe you can take a test again with device type SWINCF? 
You can refer to note 812821 for more about the cascading device type SWINCF.
With SWINCF the language key and the font setting of the form are no more important.

Hi Aiolos,

Is the system a unicode system? What kind of font is defined in the form for Korean characters?

Any truetype font like Arial used here?

You can download the OTF spool by activating the option SAVE_OTF_SPOOL with the report
RSTXPDF3(see note #924752), please upload it and also the converted PDF file, then I will check this

further.
