Idocs going to state 56

Hi Experts,

We arenot able to extract data from R/3 4.6C source system to BW (NW2004s).

We checked and data extraction job is not getting triggered in R/3. <b>All the Idocs are going to the state 56 and control records are not showing any thing</b>. All related issues starting from check of Partner profiles to TRFC, everything has been taken care of. This happening for all data sources. I am sure some issue lies relaed to Idocs

Any quick help must be appreciated.

Here's wat the target-system says...

"EDI: Partner profile inbound not available".

EDI: Partner profile inbound not available

Message no. E0337

Diagnosis

An inbound partner profile could not be found with the following key:

/0000010362/LI/LF/DESADV////

This involves the key fields of table EDP21:

-SNDPRN partner number of sender

-SNDPRT partner type of sender

-SNDPFC partner function of sender

-MESTYP logical message type

-MESCOD logical message code

-MESFCT logical message function

-TEST test flag

Procedure

Please check the inbound partner profiles.

That means you'll have to theck the partner data with the transaction WE20.

Something has to be missing there.

try to preprocess the idoc in bd87 and then send the idoc in that.

Hi,

Create a partner profile and process these IDOC's using BD87. This will stop any future IDOC from failing, hence triggering workflow.

Second assign an ALE administrator in your system (using Txn. SALE). This will stop system from send this error workflow to everyone (it is doing because there is no partner profile, so it doesn't know who to intimate, it looked for ALE administrator which is not maintained so sent to everyone's inbox).

Third refer to OSS Note 153205 for deleting these work items from your inbox.
