I have an issue for which I do not find the cause.
I have some Purchase orders which do not integrate into our WMS. The idoc remains in status 07 - syntax error.
After searching, I found that at header level, a segment is missing. For I do not know what reason, that segment appears at item level.
When it is correct, it looks like in the image below.
I took an idoc in status 07, and I change it. I removed the segment from item level and I added it at header level. After this it integrated in WMS.
The issue is that I do not find the reason for which the segment doesn't appear where it should. This is happening only for some new materials of this vendor. For older materials everything is ok. Therefore, I compared the materials between them. They are identical. I compared a PO which integrated with one PO which didn't, looking in every single item and segment and field. Beside the difference mentione above, with the segment which doesn't appear in header, there is nothing.
I compared materials info records, still nothing.
I compared tables MARA and MARC and the only difference is regarding opened period, so I do not think that this is causing the problem.
Do you have any suggestions?
P.S. I do not have access in SM58
