IDoc 0000000000000000 was created and forwarded for transmission

Hi,

We created a new IDoc output for Shipment documents in SAP. When shipment is saved, the IDoc is generated and sent to SAP. However, we are facing a strange issue here.

When the Shipment is saved in user's system, the shipment is saved but the processing log shows as 'IDoc 000000000000000' was created and forwarded for transmission.

However, when I use same ID to create shipment from my laptop, it works fine and generates a valid IDoc number.

This is a consistent behaviour and not intermittent.

The SAP Logon pad, VPN, INI files, services file etc. all are same in both systems but still IDoc fails to generate from user's system but works fine from my system.

Can anyone please advise areas where the issue could be because the team is now clueless where to look for?

Hi KNN,

Ask user to login from another machine and see if same issue occurs.

You can create a testuser by copying the roles of the user , add debugging role to it and start your analysis.
