HR problem hire date

Hi all , how to find hire date of an employ when he was working in company , have gone , and back again.

Here is infotype 00001 

 
begda     bukrs           
19.10.2009 1006 1290 1 10 
11.05.2009 1006 1200 1 10 
01.01.2008 1008 9008 1 10 
15.10.2007 1008 9008 1 10 
01.01.2007 1008 9008 1 10

hire date must be 11.05.2009 and bukrs 1006

Hi Nick Thedick,

use Actions infotype for that Table PA0000

Please have a look on infotype 0000 (Actions)

You will get Joining Or Hire

use field MASSN and specify the value which is being used in your company and get the latest record you so Begin Date will be HIRE Date for that PERNR..

Also consider Employee Status STAT2 = 3 (Active)...

Also try with FM RP_GET_HIRE_DATE
