How to validate the data in BDC recording?

Hello Experts,

Is there any way to validate the data the data before running of the recording takes place?

I did my analysis on CAT_TCD_CAL, CAT_DYNPRO_PBO. There I found CHKDATA table but didn't find anything which is checking the data with recording data.

No. Run the BDC to know whether there are errors or not. If some data inputs are valid, you won't be able to rollback them unless you restore the whole database. You would have more chances if you'd use BAPIs instead.
