How to get segment and its index e.g. E1IDLU5 004

Hello,

I want to populate the fields of segment with some values. I am getting the segment E1IDLU5 003, how can I add E1IDLU5 004

I found ,if there are multiple segments of the same name normally the first field comes as the index , in my case it was 'MOAQUAL'. So by putting moaqual = 004, will solve the problem.
