Hi Sunitha,

I had done what you had mention in the comments but still i am facing some problem even though their are no objects in it.when i am trying to delete the package

I am attaching an image of it please have a look.

At the same time i have one more concern. Suppose i have accidentally deleted the package which contains eg 20 objects. But the objects which are in that package are not deleted. Now the issue is i want to delete all the objects in single attempt.

Thanks,

Mohammed Quddus

Hi,

Follow the same procedure what Sunitha has informed you.

If you have any Function Group, you can give function group and then you can delete entire objects under your package name.   It works better than giving program name and deleting.

Hi Mohammed,

Go to SE80

Choose Package

Select your package

Select your Programs

Delete it .

If you save it as a local object and you want to delete it by mass

Go to SE80

Choose local object

then select programs from the tree and delete  the unwanted programs

Hi,

SE80 will show only standard SAP development objects. To see an entire list of objects included in the package

Go to se03 tcode

from there you will Change Object Directory Entries

Just execute that

IN FURTHER RESTRICTIONS BOX Give your package name and execute

This will list all the objects from there you can delete it.

If it shows a message like the object was locked , then you double click on the object it will show package name and request

Click on  lock overview it will shows the request. From the request you can delete your program

and then  try deleting  object from delete object Directory.

After doing this your package can be deleted from se21 or se80.

Hi Mohammed,

You need to delete the objects one by one from descending

Example: ZTEST

1 ZTEST1

2 ZTEST2

Delete 1st ZTEST2 & 2nd ZTEST1

then you will get solution
