How to create a Search Help for a Data Element

Hi All,

I have to add a search help for a data element in a table. I have a field ABC in one table. Now in another table there is a field XYZ. For XYZ, F4 help should show all the values of ABC field which is in some other table. I want to create a new search help so that i can use that with any number of data elements. Same search help should be used for some 4-5 data elements. Please help me out.

hi,

after you create a search help in se11

go to the data elemnt which you want to add thye search help,

goto further characterstics tab,

in that there is search help fielod whre you can give your search help name.

give your search help name and parametr for which you want the search help

activate the data element
