Can anybody tell me how to crack standard tcode

I hv requirment that to add one field in the me21n

for that i neew to make zme21n

I am not sure you are asking How to create t-code or How to find the user exit. If it is first,

Goto SE93: Transaction Code: ME21N and click button COPY. there give the new t-code as ZME21N.

find screen exit for the same and use it
