How to connect SAP Server using SE38 report As like SAPGUI works?

HI,

Experts,

I want to connect SAP server through web dynpro application same as i connect with SAPGUI logon pad i am able to create the user interface for my web dynpro application as it look likes in sapgui but i strucked in written a logic for how to approach for that.

please suggest me on it.
