Header Template not showing in next page in smartforms

Dear All,

please help me i want to display on template on new page but its not showing....my smartforms  hierarchy is given below.

i am trying to show template1 on every page header but its shows only first page.please suggest me how i achieve this result.

Hi Soniya,

Seems you should put the '%Template1' into '%Loop1', add a condition on output, only new page will print it.
