Greying out fields on CJ20N - Activity Fields

Hello Experts,

  I am working on one requirement where I need to grey out some fields based on one status of Activity.

In Standard Tcode  CJ20N or in CN22, I want to grey out some standard fields of Activity like : Resource type, Billablity, Work Center , activity type. These fields will be always in editable mode. Now need to put them in non editable mode based on status. Please provide which Enhancement or BADI this code can be written. And also some sample code will help a lot.

I did not get any Enhancement Mayur. Can we convert these standard fields to Non editable mode ? If yes please provide the code snippet.
