GOS(Object Services) for ME31K and ME41

Hi,

Is it possible to have a General object services for the transactions ME31K and ME41.If yes,Can you please give me the procedure for the same.

it is possible for ME31K. depending on your release and your patch level (sap-appl) you would have to apply several notes -> go to service.sap.com/notes and search for GOS. unfortunately you cannot limit the search to a component, since SAP saw fit to place the ones about GOS in MM-PUR in several different components.

As of today i know not that GOS works with ME41.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply..Can you please help me on the OSS note number that needs to be used for ME31K.I have searched with GOS,But didn't find any relavent notes.

Also,From your words I undertsand that we can't have GOS avaliable for the ME41.Can you please let me know how do we know whether it is possible to have a GOS for a particular transaction or not.

the notes for ME31K: start with [329437|https://websmp130.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1kZSZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/index2.htm?numm=329437&nlang=EN&smpsrv=https%3a%2f%2fwebsmp110%2esap-ag%2ede] and work your way through the dependencies and follow-ups.

ME41: there's no way to know beforehand. either you can see it while you are using the transaction or you can't. if you can't you go searching service.sap.com ... at least that's how i do it ...
