Function to create Local dependency - CAMA_CHAR_MAINTAIN_DEP

Hi All ,

I need a help regarding creation of Local dependency

I am using a function CAMA_CHAR_MAINTAIN_DEP to creatre local dependencies for a Charactersitics by SE37,

Function is not throwing any error but also not able to create dependency when i check through CT04

Please suggest any idea why this function is not able to create dependency through SE37 itself or any test data which can successfully craete local dependency so that I could compare it with my data .
