fb03 service attachment is not visible for some users

Hi,

only for few users, in fb03 the attachment list gets displayed with no attachments, but when i check for the same document number, i can see the attachments .

i checked again with user, he is able to see the attachment list in fb03 for certain document types and not for other document types. i checked the role, there is no restriction on the document types.

can you pls let me know, how to check or proceed further, what is the authorization object to check the service attachemnt

Have you had a look at an SU53 or an authorization trace while testing this issue? An SU53 should reveal all checks that fail, an authorization trace (STAUTHTRACE) will give you both passed and failed checks. If you test the issue with both a 'working' and a 'not working' user while running the trace you should be able to compare the authorizations.
