F1 help and others are not working at IE 7.0 version

Hi,

I'm facing a problem related to GUI. In IE 7.0 version F1 help, Pop up which shows some massages even the drop down menu of SE80 screen( two drop down menus between Test Repository & Object name) is not working. But in older version of IE 7.0 it is working.

If you kindly help me to solve this problem it will be very much helpful to me.

No it is not updated but some patches are installed..
