Extended visibility of pernr

Hi

I have developed a structural authorizations in HR.

My user can view some pernr and modify it, but now there is a possibility that my user must see other pernr, that there aren't under its structure, in only visible mode.

Can I to do it? and how?

I hope I've been clear..

Hi,

With proper evaluation path defined in structural profiles and assignment of OM objects relationships like organizational units to users can enable the users to access data under a structure different from the one they are part of.

Such OM relationships can be set-up as custom. Please refer help.sap.com for details.

Goto basic settings --> data model enhancement --> relationship maintenance.
