Error TD 600 Text * ID * language * not found

When I run the BAPI_PO_CREATE1 with POTEXTITEM (Text for item)

Updating

Item Number of Purchasing Document : PO_ITEM  -00010

Text ID    : TEXT_ID                                              - F01

Tag column : TEXT_FORM                                    - *

Text Line :    TEXT_LINE                                      - text

BAPI_PO_CREATE1 is returning the message .

I tried to debug the code, this is happening in Function module : DELETE_TEXT_FROM_CATALOG (include : LSTXDFXX)

Anyone got the same issue ???

How did you solve this? I know it was awhile ago, but would appreciate any help.

For anyone else looking at this post, I opened an incident with SAP as we were having difficulty finding a resolution. They immediately replied back with, "This is a known issue and it is supposed to be solved with implementation of note 1941387 in SRM. I know that its description does not contain the issue that you are facing, but it should help you to create the purchase order properly in ECC."

It worked for us. Hopefully it will help others.
