Enhancement in f-48

I want to display a warning message while executing transaction f-48 if the line item is more than one for a particular vendor .

If the line item is more than 2 then i have to show an error message.

Can someone help me in this regard.

Find out the exit for package "FBAS" in SMOD/CMOD.

Maybe first discuss this business requirement with your FICO analyst. It sounds to me that this requirement could be addressed by the FI configuration, i.e. the validation for accounting documents (OB28).
