Enguriy in authorization

Hi,

In std transaction c011n, userexit has been used for the movement type 261,101.

In production server , for particular userid ,password....

all r working fine.

But for the different userid and password....

It says like No authorization .

Why it is happening????

Can any one plz give me the solution.

Very urgent.

Chck in SU01D, what are the authorizations defined for the affected users and what are the differences between those who have authorization.
