Email not triggered for few users

Hi Experts,

   I have created a program for triggering email notification whenever tried to save the data to database. it is working fine for me and i got the changes done on database, even i tested with another user..it is working fine. but today one user came that even he made changes and try to save the database..but mail is not generated. so what might be the possible causes ? and how to overcome ?  please help

pavan ,

it is not clear ,first of all from where u can pick the mail id check that one ,

on that for  specific user mail id is there are not cross check once  with your details

and check in sap inbox is there any mails are there are not .

then u will get one idea .

Please check the transaction SOST if you have the access or RSSOSOSTSTAT and pls let me know if that mail exists for that user.
