Editable alv header

Hello All,

I have developed ALV report with some header details like 'report name, customer name, user name, date etc.', my requirement is to edit these header details. Is it possible to have a text fields where we can display our header details initially and later user can change those details as per his requirements?

I can change the details in the ALV grid display, my requirement is to edit the header details... please help me to achieve this functionality...

If I were doing this, I might add a function button that took user to a simple screen where they could input the text they wanted.....save that text to a global variable, update the header title with that global variable and refresh the ALV display. Would it work? Don't know, haven't tried, just a suggestion since you have no other replies.
