Doubt While Converting F4 Help to Listbox

Hi,

I converted one F4 help to Listbox through options available in screen painter.i am populating the F4 help using the POV module .After converting this to listbox POV is not getting triggered,But the list is getting populated.Can anyone explain when the list is populating without clicking the F4 help and why the POV is not triggering when we convert to Listbox?
