I need the difference between ABAP/4 and ECC6.0.

Hi,

ABAP/4 is the programing language which SAP uses..

where as the ECC is the ERP Central component, which is the version of the SAP.

There is no link between the two as such both are different in heir own sense.

Hi ,

ABAP/4 -

4 means fourth generation progming lang.

ecc is nothing but you can say a combination of several things or a platform sort of thing but it is not a programming lang...hence no connection b/w these two.

Please reward points.

Hi,

ABAP/4 is the 4th generation programing language for SAP Programming..

where as the ECC is one of the SAP Versions like SAP 4.7 ,ECC 5.0,ECC 6.0 etc.ECC stands for Enterprise Central component, which is the version of the SAP.

There is no link between the two as these 2 are used for different purposes
