Hi,

How does delimit button in the TMG, T510Y work???

I have a requirement with a table maintaining approvers.

- have to delimit an approver in the table.

A workflow is maintained which picks valid approvers from the z-table.

How do use the same functionality in T510Y to work with my table.

Regards,

Remi

In the table T510Y, when you press delimit button, record is copied to another record with new BEGDA = (new begda) and ENDDA will remain 99991231. You can change its contents.

The old record will get deleted or u can say new record will be valid from new date to 99991231.

If u get sth from it...

reward some points..

Delimit is used to specify the end date for the records.

by default the end date is 12/31/9999.So this can be adjust to specify end date..

Thank you for the response.

Some how the Delimit was not working.

I went to se54, selected my table, selected generated objects ->create/change

Environment -> Generate Time Dependant

Went back to SM30... Delimited my record and saved.

Now, it seems to be working fine.

Thanks,

Remi
