Customer DEBMAS E1KNVVM not created for customers

Hi

I have an issue with the Message type DEBMAS. When creating the customers in a specific sales org, the segment E1KNVVM is not created. when checked in the debugging mode - segment E1KNVVM created but when the IDOC is created, it not there.

Please let me know how I can have the segment E1KNVVM created when the customers are created for the first time.
