Custom Search Help - Not Returning any Values

We created a Custom search help for Vendor (Vendor number, Account group) and attached to standard search help 'KRED'.

Its working fine in my PC, but in some PCs, it is not returning any values. Upon debugging found that the value entered for account group is truncated to 3 chars (Even though we entered 4 char value), so it is not returning any values. Strangely its happening in few computers, even the GUI versions are same.

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Elango,

Try this ,

On SAP menu under HELP --> SETTINGS

Go to F4 help tab , change from control to Dialog

or vice versa (you can use the chaneg button to change them).

There are some OSS notes about this OCX control issues, i

only wish this will work.

I canot explain why it might work
