Custom font character not effecting in PDF

Hi all,

I have uploaded custom font for SAP Smartforms.The effect is shown in print preview and also downloaded in PDF the font is displaying correctly.

But when we downloaded in PDF the characters is not effecting. The below screens are the one.

The characters bold effect is shown in Printpreview.But when downloaded in PDF the effect is not shown.Please help me out.

The reason behind this is the fact that the smartforms are converted to PDF via the OTF.

For mapping the fonts to PDF,first of all the fonts should be available in the device type being called,

If a new device Type is created with the required font and the device type is included in the conversion to OTF,probably it may work out.
